1. Install image.
Unzip the BlackHole-vusolose_usb.zip file and extract the vuplus folder to a USB PEN Drive.
After unzipping to the pen drive you should have a folder on your USB pen drive named vuplus
In the vuplus folder is another folder named solose
Power off Vu+ Solo SE with switch on the back.
Insert the USB Pen Drive into the USB socket on the back.
Power on Vu+ Solo SE
The white circular ring on the left side of the front panel will blink a few times then begin pulsing.
The pulsing indicates it's flashing the image.
Once the image has successfully flashed the pulsing will stop and change to blinking on and off.
When the white circular ring is blinking on and off it's now safe to power off with the switch on the back and remove the USB Pen Drive.
Power on again to reboot the receiver, job done.
yes m8, only diff is no message on box but a flashing stand bye light you press to start flashing
You don't press the stand-by button on the front of the receiver to start the flashing process on the solo se...... when you insert the usb stick in the rear of the box and power it on it will light up and pulse to show the image is being flashed, when the process is finished this changes to blinking on/off.
i just reflashed to check i was wrong :(
mckee is correct dont need to press standbye button to start flashing
