I'm using DM-800 HD pvr Receiver with Openpli-3.0 Image! And using total 9 Lnbs connection.
Asiasat-7 (C) , Asiasat-5(KU),Intelsat-20 (C), Hotbird-13,Nilesat,Badrsat, Eutelsat 7A/7B,Astra-19, Eutelsat 25B / Es'hail-1.
When i change the channel from Ku band to C band I'm getting Tuner Failed message! I have changed so many Images, but the problem still same.
How to solve this problem, please guide me!

go to Tuner setting and set advance and c band set with manually user 5150, 5750 and 6500

I have the same problem on my DM800HD clone "tune failed ", but mostly on HD channels , I have a diseq a/b for two satelites 28.2e;13.0e. I have also checked it without the diseq on hotbird 13.0e and still the same , now I do get it also on SD channels, but after restart it is fine for some time and then again tune failed, I have two other tuners at home connected to the same dish (lnb) which work fine , can anyone help please thx.
