A girl I know bought a new box and shes looking her info of the old dm500 as she hasn't got the info as she bought the box preloaded and the fella seems to have Vanished. Problem is the knob end that sold her the box has changed the ftp login . Is there anyway to change or retrive this so I can gain access to box .
