can i put a new image file into dm500 and put my line in it,

hi,i have an old dm500 sd and was looking to know can i put a new image file into this and put my line in it,

would i be right that this is the image file that i would use (Commando_15-0_DM500_Release.rar)and then add on cams

hi G,trying to load image but having a few problems,have ftp img file to tmp folder in dreambox and rename to backup.img,when telnet the command i get -sh:cd/tem:not found,have downloaded command 15.0 and unzip file (img file), should this be img image file that is my problem,trying to find one,thanks

i have done is many times but no joy,get -sh:cd/tmp:not found

thanks,what is the best way to flash my box,with a null cable or can i do it with dcc

hi abu baniaz thanks for this but i still having problems trying to get this working,i'am using dcc and have change name of file to backup and sent it to /tmp folder,when i telnet the command in and press enter i get -sh:eraseall/dev/mtd/3: not found, the other thing is when i open dcc it said boot manager not found would this be my problem,

ok found out what the problem was and got all loaded in and now the stb stuck with green light on and black screen,help
