dm 500hd does not decode nds encrypted channels

I have a dm 500 hd and a vu+ solo2, but when i use my card from viasat on my dm500 the channels won't decode, but everything works fine on my vu+. Any ideas????

Solved it, i had made a mistake with the boxid

dm 500hd does not decode nds encrypted channels
