How do I make back up of different images and give them an easy remembered name ?

This has me foxed, I want to make a few backup images and put them on usb but how do I it and give each one an easy to recall name, like those in the backup thread?? I have openpli set up and got autobackup and backup suite but cant give the file my own name!!
