Is there a way to stream the movies I have on the HDD of my laptop to my VU+Solo2,I am running the latest BH image?

you could use plex on your pc and dreamplex on your stb at least it will decode it so the movies play
you could also use a network mount/share but some movies may not stream,beside dreamplex will give you a nice cover and synopsis
