Just after a bit of help please, or a point in the right direction.
Basically, my aim is to use my vu solo2 as a backend and connect to it on another network. I've set up my dns and Inadyn on the box, and forwarded the correct ports etc.
Now, I can successfully connect to the open webif in a browser window and control the box, and can also grab the epg data etc on one of my clients (Xbmc), However, When I try to play any of the channels, they just will not stream and the channels do not even appear in the webif on my pc.
When i'm on the same network, I can play the streams no problem on my xbmc box. But when I put my dns name into a browser, the same problem occurs, However, when I put the ip address of the box in, it all works ok?
Does anybody have any ideas? I've checked can youseeme and the port is accessible no problem.

It won't let me edit my post, but this seems to be something to do with the dns name, As when I use the ip address, it works fine, so i will look into this.
