Your help would be appreciated 'Offline' & 'Softcam Keys'

I am currently experiencing problems with my S9 Openbox they are:

I cannot seem to get Cccam to work. It seems to be in a constant 'Offline' state. I connect to my Openbox via cable directly into my broadband modem (I do have a router but don't need to connect it .....or do I need to do it this way instead?)

Also, when updating softcam keys, do they need to be renamed in order to be input into the Openbox or how do they work as the only demod software that can be seen is the constantworks keys.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers Glenviewjf, sorry about that I just thought that because I had replied on a question where the poster had already got his answer then perhaps I was being a little naive in believing that anyone else would read and therefore answer it from there.

Sorry - However I still need to know about the softcam k*ys thanks.

When I go into CCcam Client Setup, then Manage Config Files, I only have 3 options:- 1 CCcam.cfg
2 CCcam.prio
3 constant.cw

How do I get 'Softcam.key' option working?
