Quick question about a sat box connections

The TV I want to connect it to only has a scart and then the yellow/red/white connections

The box above doesnt have a scart connection so I wondered will this box hook up to my tv via the red/yellow/white connections?

I think cvbs is yellow(video) red + white (left right audio)
