How have you setup the tuner ? Are you getting any free-view channels ? Are you using oscam and how is it configured ? Do you have your own card or an N / C line ? Which image / firmware do you have installed ? These receivers don`t magically open premium channels on their own..

  • Hi I have cable in receiver I have it in the cable tuner and went into install and changed it to cable and done a auto scan nothing and what is oscam

    Fw spark I am useing

  • OSCam is the emulator needed to decode encrypted signals. Even if you receiver did pick up the channels you would still not be able to watch them unless you either had an active Virmin Media card (With required RSAKey and Boxkey) card or a connection to a cardsharing server.

I would try googling for the frequencies in use in your area and then try entering them when doing a manual scan.

Thats as much help as i can offer as i have no inclination to use the VM channels nor does my Alien have a cable tuner.
