how to make the receiver to recognize letter such as: 
1. log on to the receiver with FTP tools as FilleZilla, Total Commander etc.
2. Go to the path: /usr/share/enigma2/
3. Find file extension: encoding.conf and delete.
4. Switch unzipped the zip archive from attachment on the same path.
5. Restart Enigma2.
encoding.conf can be edited with satellites or packages of choice (edit with Notepad ++ program)
