scrammbled channels on openbox f5s help please

hi all yr purchesed open box f5s with 1yr gift preloaded all has gone well till the cline has ended i went on eBay picked up a new cline installed it via control and usb shows as online green tick - restarted box channels scrambled updated channel list - still scrambled - updated firmware -still scrambled factory restore reloads channel list and cline still scrambled delete cline get e temp cline from different supplier cline showed login entered around 6 times no joy supplier make a new line for me entered details still says login channels scrambled any help would be great please
