Mgcam oscam cline nlines explaination?

Hi I have hyperion 4, running I have a line in newcamd.list and mgcam running perfect.
can some1 explain how it works, is mgcam a deencrypter and a necamd.list file with a line will work it or a cccam.list or is it CCcam.cfg file with a cline will work in the mgcam to dencrypt ?
then what is the oscam ? is it only for if your sharing your card?
I tried a cline on cccam list and cfg file and did not work the I trye it in newcamd,list as cws... and did not work

is there different settings for different lines for mgcam
Sorry about all the questions but I have spent weeks trying to figure out why certain test lines wont work.
