cable help

    hi guys sorry if this is in the wrong section ..Anyway iv got a sun-ray sr4 triple tuner had this box for a couple of years now so i no my way around it a-bit iv got it set-up on a motor and that side is running nice/ my problem is i cant set the cable side up am running BH 214 then i load the driver in to pick the other tuners up load a cable xml file but my freq in for my area and auto scan and picks nothing up iv tried a different images so far openpli with same results
    anyone else use this box and could help thanks

    try this (this is an example ok)


    Tuner type DVB-C
    Confuration mode enabled
    Network ID 00000
    Used service scan type Provider
    Provider to scan V***** M**** UK (6887)
    Don't forget to save (green button)
    Now you are actually ready to scan for channels!
    Once the tuners have been set up. go to Automatic scan. For your first scan, set to Clear before scan yes and Scan Tuner A (DVB-C) yes
    Press OK to scan.......
