Vu+ solo se no more accepted an image

    hello i really need help. i received my vu+ solo se this morning, and try to flash it with
    vti image for vu+ solose. the box did not be flashed but deleted also the original image. now
    when it's on i can only see the vti support home page. i don't know how to solve this problem.
    i try to to flash one more time but the problem still the same

    Hi ,Was it a CLone? as I had the same problem,
    I did not know mine was a clone.
    It must be from the same manufacturer of the company you bought it,
    If you want I could send you my image but it a Vix and only 078 ?
    was there a sticker on the box saying where to download image
