help required box stuck on uboot 1.3.1

    I fooked up my nbox 5800xs any help much appreciated . I now know where I went wrong but I cant find the fix

    I have read "just put uboot file oh usb , start box and hold down power button this will re instal uboot " but I cant find the file uboot anywhere
