It's in the correct section alright but could you please follow these guidelines for posting in this section.

Be aware that you have no protection if you decide to use a payment method other than Paypal.. If you do use Paypal ask the seller for an invoice, Do Not use Pay As Gift..

If you decide to purchase with a different payment method like bank transfer ask the seller for a telephone number then attempt some communication..
