iotv encripted?

hi, using a mag 250 usually with sallanches files, many thanks to him, but in the last 2 or 3 weeks feeds like bein or sly come up with the message file encoding cp 1250 to 1259 etc, is there a work around this. thanks for any help or ideas. carling.
