Hi i restarted portal, when i load into portal i get a message witch says. ( rec_not_supported_format) then it just hangs there 3bb2f450a.jpg73f4fcb97e5724d.jpg have ttried reset box and update box no effect, still the same.sorry for blurry pic.
I got the answer for iptv provider. its because i tried to rec on usb key this is not allowed , and they reset config from their servers.so gues post can be closed now.
