oscam closes down after a while, what could be wrong??

  • You have two omnikey readers attached to the server, is the canal digital card definitely in the reader set as 0 ????? have you tried changing it to device = 1 ?

  • I think your device needs to be labeled correctly Not 0. One of the Guy's with more knowledge with say for sure
    Have a look here:

Or if you have simplebuild installed:

    I can not find this in the file: reader_drivers = pcsc, ctapi;

and simple build I have allready installed as you links to!

  • I have attached an edited opensc file for you..... this is tried & tested using two omnikey readers.

I took a new clean install of ubuntu 13.10 64-bit and uses only one reader.
and I've run the script for autoinstall of CCcam / oscam.
Have used your file but keep getting no readers!

    I run this:
    Code:
    opensc-tool list-readers

    only get this:
    root@playlive:~# opensc-tool list-readers
    Usage: opensc-tool [OPTIONS]
    Options:
-i, --info Prints information about OpenSC
-a, --atr Prints the ATR bytes of the card
--serial Prints the card serial number
-n, --name Identify the card and print its name

    -l, --list-readers Lists readers
-D, --list-drivers Lists all installed card drivers
-f, --list-files Recursively lists files stored on card
    -s, --send-apdu <arg> Sends an APDU in format AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF...
    -r, --reader <arg> Uses reader number <arg> [0]
    -c, --card-driver <arg> Forces the use of driver <arg> [auto-detect]
--list-algorithms Lists algorithms supported by card

I think I'm missing something in ubuntu?

I have some old readers who works just fine (ID 076b:3021 OmniKey AG CardMan 3121)
but the new will not work (ID 076b:3022 OmniKey AG)
