Vu+duo pvr client addon in kodi / xbmc ?

Hope this makes sense I've installed the vu+duo pvc client in Lodi/xbmc
Everything seems to work fine downloads all the clients to appears but
When I try switching channels it only allows me to view whatever the box
Is on say for instance I was on bbc it will work fine but won't zap to any other
Channel live sports ect.
Has anyone got this working and changing all channels .
Be obliged for any help tried updating image on box tried different channel lists
Also tried different versions of xbmc but all still do the same.
