I looked on kingofsat & see no services being transmitted on this tp, does this explain it for you.

Not a problem with your VU. I have just tried scanning that frequency also with me DM800.

If your search returns no services either you need to realign your dish or no services are being transmitted.

Delete transponder and then rescan

The tuner in vu+ receivers is excellent, if you have tried another brand of receiver with good results & believe your vu+ is faulty i suggest you return it to the supplier.

The tuner in vu+ receivers is excellent, if you have tried another brand of receiver with good results & believe your vu+ is faulty i suggest you return it to the supplier.
If you have tried all previous suggestions then my advice is as above.

Have you tried deleting the tp? and if is still doesnt work reflash the box.

Then try Vix & also AAF images, also make sure your satxml file is up to date for your part of the world.
