Going to put the New Vix Image on my VU+ Solo. Do I need to take the 3 files out of the Folder before I put them ont the USB stick..

No just copy the complete vuplus folder with contents to your usb stick.

no dont open it, copy the folder you downloaded onto a usb pen make sure its extracted if winrar file it will be called vuplus ( make sure nothing else is on stick ) then put it in front slot of solo and press the reset button on the rear of box it will go red once it turns green box is ready take out usb pen and press reset button again, box will then boot up
