Suddenly "channel not subscibed"

  • This morning my server with Oscam 1.00 Unstable (yes i should upgrade) but it has worked so far.
    I get this in the log
    [***********-reader] classD3 ins54: status 90 00 = ok but cw=00 -> channel not subscribed
    And it worked yesterday. Sometimes i have to put it in the original box, and make V****t resend signal, card works 100% i orginal box.

    Any suggestions??

  • But how come that it has been working for over 2 years? Each 3 months i had to put the card into the original receiver to update the card, and then back in my dm800, and it has always worked perfectly. I will look into the other thread when i get home. Would it be a good idear to update oscam?

  • Hi master G.
    Is there any way to test if that indeed is the case?

    This is were i useally put the card in the original box, ask tha V*** to send new activation, and then my card works 3 more months.
    It seems like the card will not accept the new expiry date.

  • Hi stevejo.
    You seem to think that V********* made some change with there cards??
    It would be nice to know if there was just the slightest possibilty to fix this problem.

  • There is no solution to the problem, some say there are already solution for this in private oscam but think this is just nonsense!

    The only known solution that is currently acquiring an approved Viasat sd tuner and associate card to this. You will then get a new boxid and card works again in oscam.
    This now applies to all countries that supply Viasat channels 4.8E

    Sooner or later Viasat forcing customers to use HD tuners again and it will cost them a lot of money. There are even many thousands who even uses sd tuners so this may take time.....

  • The solution would be to get Oscam to ignore expire date.
    But i am not even close to being that kind of pro to figure that out :-)
    It is only greatly annoying for me, i have 3 receivers in my house, thats why i use Oscam.
    But if i go order a new box and card (watering flowers went wront, LoL ) i would again get ad HD box, but then maybe it would work for anther 3 months??

    Just noticed that the expire date is ok now. Now i am only fighting
    reader] classD3 ins54: status 90 00 = ok but cw=00 -> channel not subscribed
    message.

  • Get an sd box and get them to pair the card to it and tell them you soaked the other box and no money for a new one and you will use sd for now , this is not to do with dates its to do with hardware pairing and ecm needing to be read via another route , an sd box is your only solution

  • Thanx Hacked. That did the trick.
    I just have two more questions.
    1. How can i get Oscam to update the expire date on its own, pretty annoying that i have to put i original receiver every two-three months.
    2. I have tryid to update Oscam, but without luck, can you guide me to latest Oscam that works on a DM600PVR-S

    Thanx for your help, also stevejo.
