Smargo OSCAM No entitlements sk UK

Hi guys i put my card into the reader, fresh from my box (with active sub). but it show no entitlements.

Any idea?

HD box i think its a 250GB one its about 5 months Old.

I actually read further maybe just no new update is there? so i may just not see any entitlement yet?

I have Openelec running on a PI
Locally installed is:

Oscam (for the viewing card)
TVheadend server (for serving ***)
Tvheadend client (for viewing *** in XBMC)

When i try to launch from my laptop (remote) in tv headend console a channel.. it connects to the OSCAM for decryption but i get this error:

maybe i should say.. this is a new setup.. first time trying oscam to make the server..........
