How do you stream to a VU Duo 2 from a network attacked storage device?

I use plex on my comp were the media is stored then plexbmc or plex on the vu

In network settings youll find samba and dnla and plugins you can get dnla browser but for media depending on setup dreamplex is easier navigate if your device supports it as monkified pointed out
