theres a few things wrong with these file
1 )HDMU needs a start script to go in usr/emu/start
2 )all emu files need to have att of 755
3 )the oscam config file is different between HDMU and openatv ie box type
4 )cccam on sh4 yeh right
so by all means use these file but you may have problems

I`m using Open ATV 6.0 and "/usr/keys/oscam_emu" this is where my configuration files are there is no bin and cam and var folders in my Open ATV 6.0 image. So where should I put these "oscam-ymodv1856-sh4 mgcamd1.38_srf.sh4" files and where should I put the softcam file?
where should I put these "oscam-ymodv1856-sh4 mgcamd1.38_srf.sh4" files
/usr/bin
where should I put the softcam file
What is the softcam file ?
Do you mean SoftCam.Keys file ? If so put it in /usr/keys or wherever the rest of your config files are located.
I have tried the alternate softcam manager and it worked but the problem is that I want my power vu channels to run on Softcam Panel 2.0 because there is an option of selecting 2 cams so in one cam I`ll put my c line and the other will run Power VU channels so whenever I change the channel from cline channels to power vu channels so they`ll run smoothly. Now I have to go and restart the cam in softcam panel 2.0 to start the c line channels when I change from power vu to c line channels.
Nowt the problem is that I can not find the folder or the path of softcam panel 2.0 so can you show me where the folder or path is located so that I can put the other emulator in it i.e in which to put the emulators like ncam or wicard, gcam and oscam etc.
I hope you got my question.
show me where the folder or path is located so that I can put the other emulator in it
You can put the emulator anywhere you want.
Then tell the start/stop script where to look for it.
For example, you have ncam.sh4 in /usr/bin folder:
emuname = ncam_1.6
binname = ncam.sh4
startcam = /usr/bin/ncam.sh4 -c /usr/keys
stopcam = killall -9 ncam.sh4
show me where the folder or path is located so that I can put the other emulator in it

I put the oscam-powervu emulator in /usr/bin but it did not show in the softcam panel V2.0. So what can I do to put the emulator in softcam panel 2.0 so that I can have both the oscam- power vu and oscam emulator in Softcam Panel 2.0?

/etc
but it did not show in the softcam panel V2.0
It won`t until you put a script for it in /etc
You need a script named OsCam-PowerVU.emu in /etc with 755 permissions.
Contents of the script will be this:
What does 755 permissions mean?
and should I write OsCam-PoweVU or PowerVU you haven`t written "r", is it deliberate?
What does 755 permissions mean?
In filezilla, right click OsCam-PoweVU.emu
Cam1 isn`t active because you havn`t set the correct permissions on everything.
OsCam-PowerVU file in /usr/bin will need the same permissions as the script or it won`t start.
and should I write OsCam-PoweVU or PowerVU you haven`t written "r", is it deliberate?
That was a typo, i have edited my post.
Did everything you said, it seems like the softcam panel is not accepting it, why might be the reason?
this is the script of the cam that is working i.e the cam in which I use cccam:
1.emuname = oscam emu v9963
2.binname = oscam_emu
3.startcam = /usr/bin/oscam_emu -b -r 2 -c /usr/keys/oscam_emu
4.stopcam = killall -9 oscam_emu
Are you sure the file OsCam-PowerVU is compatible with your receiver ?
Try starting it in telnet to see what the error is /usr/bin/OsCam-PowerVU
I have corrected the permissions but the problem now is that even though Softcam Panel V2.0 supports both the cams but the problem still is the same i.e. when I open a Power VU channel it runs flawlessly but when I switch back to a cccam channel it doesn`t play, I have to go to the Softcam Panel V2.0 and restart the oscam emu v9963 then the cccam channel plays.0c5c6f896987c413701be.jpg
How can I make both the cams work in a way that when I switch from power vu to cccam channels I do not have to go and restart the oscam emu v9963 to play the cccam channel again.
Why the need for 2 versions of oscam-emu ?
One version should do everything you need.
