golden media triple tuner

I have just got a golden media triple tuner, i am trying to install the CCcam.cfg file via ftp , its using egnima 2 image so i usually place it in the var/etc folder, this is not working, i did some research and someone suggested that you have to covert the cam file to a oscam.server file which i have done but this does not work , does anyone know how to open up the hidden menu to add the cam details

any help would be great my head is wrecked now

If its just the cccam.cfg you tried have you actually installed the softcams ? and if you have have you activated them in the softcam manager after you ftp the .cfg

Gm triplex isn't it a sh4 box therefore no cccam,I asked what image so we could go further

correct oscam I think
