Do some reading, in fact a lot of reading.
For a start you have posted in the TUTORIAL ONLY section.

i dont have card but i got pc for make server and what hardware i need for sharing server

1 You need something to share (card subscription/package)
2 Pc or receiver (some receivers can act as servers)
3 A card reader (omnikey 3121, smargo are the most popular) if your using a pc as a server
