Mgcamd xpeed lx2

    Hi all,


    Am having issues clearing channels with mgcamd 1.38


    I have installed on vix as I normally would, all is active, server is online my end but for some reason wont clear....


    internet working, newcamd.list is fine, mg_cfg seems fine (set to 06).


    What is winding me up is it was working and all of a sudden it stopped.


    I re flashed a fresh image and repeated process but still no joy, I even tried another server and still no luck,


    my brain is fried by this one, any help would be appreciated

    Enable the log and restart mgcamd, then look in /tmp/mgcamd.log for errors (change 192.168.1.89 to the xpeed ip address). If there is no log mgcamd isn`t running..

    Are you still using openViX image ?


    Try with the attached mgcamd.. Just add your CWS = line to the included newcamd.list file..

    He should look at /tmp/mgcamd.log, not at /var/log/mgcamd.log.
    Or change L: { 02 } 192.168.1.89 28007 /tmp/mgcamd.log to L: { 02 } 192.168.1.89 28007 /var/log/mgcamd.log
