How to install WeTek Development build on WeTek Play?
1. Download WeTek Android - Update - 17.04.2015.zip file
2. Extract archive, and inside you will find 3 files.
3. Copy 3 files to microSD card
4. Turn off WeTek Play and insert microSD in microSD reader
5. Use WeTek Play Pin tool to press UPGRADE button which is located on bottom of device
6. While You keep pressed UPGRADE button insert Power cable in WeTek Play
7. Keep UPGRADE button pressed for 7 seconds and release it
8. Installation of new Development build will start.

now this looks wow, and is incredibly improved WeTek DVB Player, picons looks nice and also now on infobar are visible infos such as video and audio codec, channel video resolution and so on
Also i tested DreamSet Editor and works perfectly and finally I was able to make my list at Wetek Theater.
Location of settings is in this path:
/data/data/com.amlogic.tvservice/databases/dvb.db
Download this file and edit it with DreamSet, save, exit from WeTek Theater, transfer file by FTP to WeTek Play, type sync command in telnet and reboot device. Entering in channel list when watching channel is now much easier with buttons < and > exactly same as they said Neutrino style
