    Hi all,


    Just received S9 and was trying to update firmware via USB, however pen drive formatted as required was able to dump from unit, but unable to upload.
    I have tried 3 firmware versions plus the dumped one but that will not work either....mismatched file appears!!
    Am told from supplies ( well respected )original unit.

    Yes tried two different ones..........rumour, and just rumour that USB has been disabled for Upgrading!!


    I hope not as I use notebooks

    make sure if your trying to upgrade that when you add the image file or channel file to the pen drive that you add the file only dont put it on the pen drive in a folder as when it come to upgrading the box cant see the file
