Filtering C-lines

I have few peers with the same cards, and I only want to get certain channels from a peer. How shall I set up his C-line?

C: server.noip.com 12000 username password yes { 0B00:839, 0B00:838, 0B00:83D } or this way?

C: server.noip.com 12000 username password yes { 839, 838, 83D } or

C: server.noip.com 12000 username password yes { 0B00:839;838;83D } or any other way ???

You can block channels on fline but not cline, Either block the provider or ask your peer to block the channel via the fline.
