How Hide/Block setup menu (desperate dad)

Hi guys, can I hide setup section and server section?
because my little son is most interessed to its :-) and he delete for 3 times all setup.

If existing a way for insert a pin when he go to setup in the menù, or...i don't know...I hope so! :-(
