A little Help

I am sorry if this isnt the right place to ask.

my father has dreambox 500, he bought it from someone who is missing now in Turkey. Well, Im trying to configure the dreambox so it can show all the channels including password protected. Last night i spend 3 hours and learnt how to load channels, how to install cccam and managements including hacksat and installing keys by hacksat.

The question is all password protected channels are black, do I have to buy a vps server or card from a dealer in Turkey or is there any way to install some programs on a vps and create my own server because I do have 3 available vps servers, If I'm not mistaken I need a card to install it on a vps?

by official package do you mean the official channel company packages ? or packages can be found on internet ? If i prefer sharing, i guess it means i need someone who has card or cards and configure cccam ?

Can i set the dm500 ip in internal cccam configuration file so channels can be decrypted ?

The reason i ask because no any password protected channel works after hacksat key load. Simply discovery etc..
