Just to clarify your setup, you are using an enigma2 receiver with uk card in a smargo ?

I would try a different version of oscam that is compiled for smargo support (libusb).

    Remove the Boxid from oscam.server.

Do you still have the same amount of entitlements as before ?

Are other premium channels working ?

Which official sky decoder is the card paired to ? Has the card been in this decoder recently ?

  • Hello Master,

No i have an debian server with uk card in a smargo.

I have removed the boxID it give this now:

    • Official Post

Check the smargo is set to normal mode, not dreambox mode with this tool => Smargo windows update utility

These parameters in oscam.server are configured for dreambox:

    Code
    protocol                      = smargo
    device                        = /dev/ttyUSB0

In a terminal window run this lsusb

You will get an output like this:

    Code
Bus Device : ID 0403:6001 Future Technology Devices International, Ltd FT232 USB-Serial (UART) IC

Change your configs to this :

  • Dear Master,

It seems in oscam r10652 we don't have protocol smartreader.
I have changed the config in oscam.server but then webif can't display the reader.

    lsusb result:

    Code
    root@debianst:~# lsusb
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 004 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 005 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 006 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub

    How to install the oscam-svn10650-pc-linux-webif-libusb-Distribution.tar.gz

    • Official Post

    Version you need for amd64 is x86_64-pc-linux oscam-svn10652-x86 64-pc-linux-webif-libusb-ssl-Distribution

Download and extract the oscam required, inside the download will be the oscam binary.

Find the oscam binary on debian, it`s usually installed to /usr/local/bin folder. Take note of the spelling of this oscam. Rename this oscam to oscam1.

FTP the new/downloaded oscam to the same folder (change the spelling of this oscam to how the previous oscam was, if required). Change permissions to 755. Reboot the server.

If you have any problems with the new oscam, just rename old version back to how it originally was..

  • ^ done thx:)..

    Now is oscam.server

    lsusb:

    Code
    root@debianst:~# lsusb
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 004 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 005 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 006 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 007 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0001 Linux Foundation 1.1 root hub
Bus 003 Device 002: ID 0403:6001 Future Technology Devices International, Ltd FT232 USB-Serial (UART) IC
