This has already been answered on one of your previous posts. TSPanel is not compatible with SH4 receivers..

What makes you think that ? There are plenty of emulators available for images on spark / sh4 receivers.. Which card do you have ? Which image do you use ?
If it`s still openatv image install the attached softcam feed, restart enigma2 then menu > plugins > green button / download > softcams.

Which conax card ? Which emulator do you use ? Which configs do you use ? If it`s oscam, show us a log from start up..
