low disc space on lappy

    hi guys, got problem with my laptop. its gone very slow, keeps knocking off. i have deleted lot of stuff to make space, on hoped it would sort it. but seems to have got slower. pretty annoying that it keeps knocking off

    thanks for reply m8.. did one on thursday, lappy still playing up since, gone very slow. and still keeps knocking off... but i will do another defrag

    Assuming it's running vista or that other thing win7 hit F8 as the lappy boots, choose repair system, once vista/win7 loads you should have an option for Factory reset, basically you put the system back to the day and hour you bought it.


    Backup any photos and docs you need before doing it.
