In your oscam.conf file add

[newcamd]

port = port@caid

eg port = 10001@0963:000000

Then the resulting nline is
N: server ip or dns if external 10001 user pass 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

eg
N: 127.0.0.1 10001 user1 pass1 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 256 ( 256 at the end to make your own card appear as local if using cccam 2.1.3 or earlier )

For each user you need to create a new account like below, changing the user and password.
