loads to 100% and then up pops E2 ERROR and restarts just keeps doing this if i could fta to it or reset to factory setting i'd be so grateful cheers

Did you copy some think to the box before the boot loop error

I had the same issue with a skin....if you can FTP into the box while it's boot looping you can try and delete the files
It should then be ok...good luck
