Does anybody know how to back up the wetek play box,I don't want to restore to factory settings just want to back it up

more info be required what yah running ?
if openelec got to apps openelec config in choose backup it will make a rar file in yer storage, backup, folder with date stamp , put this on yer pendrive in email yerself or what eva yah do to keep it safe , then when required jusr replace backinto same folder in choose restore -
