NERIT help

hi all
I have a duo2 with black hole image 2.1.5 i have cccam 2.30 and mgcam 1.38 on it
I like to use the mgcam for 3 stations on 3e but only 1 will open N1 hd
when I look on the info of the other stations(N1 and N Plus) the keys or not the same as on the softcam key any ideas
