hello I have the staticIP with no internet connection. I changed the router and PC and I did update the softwarw of the tm-500s but the communication setup everything looks ok i.e the IP for the tn 500, the netmask looks 255.255.255.0, type LAN, nameserver is my router IP ok, the gateway is my router IP, I put a port under this is the mac address is ok the only thing and the problem is the STATIC IP says no internet connection. I use the green button to get retrieve ip no working and pree the red button to update the latest softcam keys no working. Could you give a hand please thanks:02:
