cant install BH 2.1.6

Hi
I have unzip to a usb pen shut-down the receiver turn on again and nothing is format fat32 I have tray 2 pens usb.
wend I turn on says reading from usb then change to starting vu+ Duo

Is it a Duo or Duo2 as you have posted in Duo2?If it's a Duo2 you need to press the blue power button on the front display

Make sure you haven't got any more USB devices connected.Format USB to fat32.Copy Vuplus folder to USB.Power off box.Insert USB in front USB port.Power on.Upgrade is done when upgrade completed message is displayed.
