Need latest channel list for optibox spider hd

does anyone have an up to date fav list for this box just got it an it says no fav an takes ages going threw all the channels

Thanks again, just wondered is it possible to convert a channel list using the pvr800 channel editor and save it as userdb.udf file to work on this box?
