IPTV Loading of channel lists

Please can anybody help me on this.. I want to load an IPTV M3u channel list into the inner portal IPTV app. You go to the app, then push menu, giving you the "operations" selections. I select "add IPTV list". It then asks for a name for the list and then the URL for that list. Upon entering this information, it says to push OK to save, which I've done multiple times. It does NOT do anything...It doesn't load anything. If it saved it, where did it go?? I can use a USB stick with these same playlists and it works fine by doing "home media" and loading to IPTV and works perfectly. I have R11 if that may make a difference.
