not via rs232 no, but you should be able to get a log from rs232.
Like i have said in the thread above i have no knowledge of gigablue specifically, and it has been years since i have had to recover a STB.
What exactly is the issue with your STB, how exactly did things go wrong ?
Since I put in a firmware that was supposedly for it, it stayed like this, blocked only with the red light, I already tried to install the bootloader with several types of usb pen and the usb ports do not read.
There is talk of jtag, what would be the jtag and what is the process, or how is it done?
