bt sports clears on local but not on peers

my bt sports is working like a trooper on my local card in my box but it will not send to my peers using scam and they connect via came every other channel is fine and worked fine in the past in scam web the channel shows as green on my peers but is not actually clearing anyone any info on this problem ?

i think its the channel list as when they look for the channel in all services it works
