    Hi! I am a total dummy with receivers, etc... Can anyone please tell me HOW to change frequencies of a channel on my VU+Duo? There are so many menus my eyes have crossed.... HELP, please!!!!

    What image?
    Normally it is in menu-setup-service searching, then you can either choose automatic scan (will scan all satellites)or manual scan (will only scan a predetermined/inputted frequency)
    Have you a channel list installed?
    Is it up to date?
